   Free Staff TrainingAs everyone is aware, the key to a successful waste management and / or recycling campaign is education. You will always find the most difficult part of implementing service is educating your staff and actually, getting them into the habit of recycling in the correct manner. Manga-Fu have a solution for this and this is a free training session aimed at your staff members, to explain the how and why we should segregate and store various waste streams for recycling and disposal. We find the more knowledge your staff have about the reasons behind recycling, the more they will “want” to do it as opposed to “having” to do it. We want everyone to work as a team and this doesn’t just include ourselves or partners, but also you, the employers and employees. Together we can make your waste management campaign an ongoing huge success. |
